"Limited access" means your laptop is connected to the router for sharing your internal home network, but it's not connected to the internet.

There can be several reasons for this but you can first try right-clicking on the network icon at bottom-right of screen, then choose "Troubleshoot problems".

Windows will run some checks, attempt to tell you what is wrong, and what you need to do about.

Often I find that restarting the router (unplug from mains -- wait 5 secs -- plug it back in) will fix limited connection but don't forget to allow time for the router to re-sync and for all it's lights to show 'okay' before you try using it.
