I currently have my modem connected to a Apple time capsule 192.168.1.1. Out of the back of port 1 I have a cable running to the center of the house with my linksys ac 1900 wifi on 192.168.2.1 How do I remote access the cameras? I can't see the cameras from my pc because it is on 192.168.1.xxx and the cameras are on 192.168.2.xxx
I know how to port forward however I do not know how to cross into the other network 2.xxx

Thank you

The Linksys should be configured as an access point, which will keep everything on the same subnet (192.168.1.x). As it is now, the Linksys is issuing addresses in a separate subnet, which will keep you from accessing all network resources.

Follow the wireless sticky to configure it as an AP.
