I think my bios is broken on the GA-78LMT-USB3

i have a gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 (rev 6)
when i try to get in the bios i cant, it says i have to press del but it goes straight to windows 8
without going to the bios. i then went to the website to get the latest bios but i saw that i had all ready had it installed so i have no other ideas how to fix it. please help.

i just tried to get in without hard drive pluged in and still could not get in the bios

Is there any way to reboot into the BIOS from inside the OS? I know that some boards support software that allows that.

it dident work there was no option for the ufei bios

Do you have "Fast boot" or something similar enabled? If you do, it will skip through the BIOS access screen and will boot as fast as possible. Also, if you're booting from an SSD it will be almost too fast to get to the BIOS. There might be some boot into BIOS software you can get if your motherboard doesn't come with it.

Take it to a computer shop and try and flash an older BIOS.

Also, just to warn you, cheap 760G boards like the 78LMT-USB3 tend to, well, set on fire when using FX-8000 series CPUs. You might wanna just change the motherboard outright.
