is this a win 8.1 bug ? ssd defrag

Hello
The recovery partition is on my SSD and SSDs shouldn't be defragged. As i know win8.1 automatically knows to defrag only hdds and trim ssds. However the scheduled maintenance still trys to defrag my ssd, maybe it even defragged the base partition and system partition and only failed on the recovery.
Event log error: Event 257 Defrag
"The volume Recovery was not optimized because an error was encountered: The parameter is incorrect. (0x80070057)"
So why is it even trying to defrag the recovery partition? this means it actually defragged the other partitions on the ssd?

So your advice is to just disable automatic maintenance and sometimes defrag my hdd and trim my ssd? probably i'll do that then. Are there any other components of auto maintenance that should be done over time manually?

Same. My settings have never been touched on either my laptop or desktop and neither one has ever attempted to defrag my SSD automatically.

OP, something (or you by accident), must have jacked up your settings at some point.

The biggest problem is that i'm not sure what this error message exactly means.
Maybe it is not defragging, but " optimise " . I mean " optimise " could mean trim aswell, but such confusing. And as i know recovery partition doesnt need either trim or defrag. Is there a cmd to check what this actually does?

I've already read that before making this post, but it don't really answers the question, if the " optimise " means trim or defrag.
Maybe is there a way i could check if the ssd was defragged or trimmed with command line?
