Ok so before installing my new graphics card in my computer it was running fine except for the occasional spike while watching a video or even viewing an already made video. So i decided to buy a graphics card to find out i needed a new power supply. so after obtaining both i found it drained my ram by 2.4gb What would be my best bet on fixing my pc Because i also have a crappy hard disk and i wonder if problems are coming from there as well. I'm not very experienced and need a lot of help with certain problems and would appreciate the help. "Thanks for reading"

I Tried to set that just now and there is no setting in the bios to adjust voltages for my DRAM . Does that mean i need to update my Bios?
