Windows 8.1 task manager says cpu is 25.50ghz

This is my brand new build and I haven't done any overclocking but yet task manager says that my cpu's maximum speed is 25.50Ghz. I am so confused, is something wrong or what. Please help

BTW I have the intel i7 4790k no overclocking what so ever

don't trust task manager for clock speed at all, it's really buggy.

Use CPU-Z to tell your CPU speed.

Don't use the file explorer link since that is only for your local computer, other computers can't see it. Your going to have to upload it to the cloud.
