How to Know if CPU is compatible with Mobo socket?

I've been reasearching computers for a year now and im only 13 so when i get older i wanna build computers But Anyways the point is i think LGA 1150 CPU is compatible with the LGA 1150 Mobo socket..Am i good or do i need any other things to replace my CPU..because my Mobo is LGA 1150 and The CPU i wanna get is also LGA 1150..Anything else i need to know

It's best to go to the Motherboard's official product page and look at the list of compatible CPUs, and make sure that your CPU is listed.

So Im I good? I could change the CPU to an i5-4570S? My mobo chipset is H81 and LGA 1150 Socket..So Im i good?

Most probably it is compatible. The best way to check if it does, is to check the motherboard's webpage. Some older socket 1150 motherboards don't support the latest 1150 cpus but can have their firmware (formerly known as BIOS) updated so they do.
If you are not sure, please tell us what is your motherboard and which is the cpu you want to buy.

Its from a dell inspiron 3847 the mobo model# is 088DT1

the 4570S is the original Haswell, isn't it? so any mobo should be fine. it's only the Refresh versions that might need a BIOS update to run on a normal LGA1150 board.

Being an OEM motherboard I am almost sure it will not support cpus outside of the ones available for purchase with your particular Dell computer.
