i am having slow internet connection of 1 Mbps, can i able to run gta 5 online?
how much data is downloaded in 1hr for gta 5

If your download is at 1 megabit per second it'll take about 144 hours to download

As far as playing online, 1 Mb should be acceptable but it'll depend mostly on latency rather than bandwidth (i.e. how much of a delay there is when sending/receiving between you and servers)

It's fine as long as you're OK with leaving your PC on for 6 straight days while it downloads.

Actually playing an online game doesn't use much bandwidth, really the only thing sent back and forth is positional data.
