Is it good for games on Medium/High Settings? And no, I don't mean games of late 2014, early 2015. Games more from 2013, early 2014 is what I wanna play. All I wanna know is about the card, so please don't ask me the rest of my specs. My budget is $120-$130 USD Max and I'm in a hurry. No suggestions for a better card that is $10 or more dollars up please. I want a card for my exact budget ONLY if it better than the HD 7750 2GB DDR3. All trolls will be blocked and reported, thanks.(I don't live in the US, btw, I live in the Caribbean)

Both of those cards require mail in rebates (I assume that since you get the money back, it stays in your budget). I realize they are $1 and $2 above budget, respectively, but I honestly think it's worth $2 (We aren't talking $10 as you mention).

I'd get the R9 270 though, but their card is an excellent option.

The 7750 will struggle with high frame rates for early 2014 games, whereas the R9 270 won't (high, not ultra, besides we're talking average 60, not solid 60, there's a big difference).

The card Green Giant suggested is also a good choice.

Nvidia's GeForce GTX 750 Ti would be much faster. Averages $150

You seriously need to consider this. 7750 will lag in many games according to the resolution. I happen to go for the ATI 260x, which is about the same speed/performance and price. but note the 750 TI uses LESS power than my card.

The ATI 260x is about 129 us
