I was thinking of the Asus Memo HD 7 instead. The Nexus doesn't have a back camera and I'd like to have it.

The Memo HD 7 is basically a Nexus 7 with a couple extra features. It would be a good choice at $150. Below that you're getting into garbage manufacturers.
