need help with ram and gpu.

Building a computer and can't decide on memory and gpu. I have a Intel i5 4690k,mb- asus z97a. 750w psu. My gpu and ram I can't decide. Would like to spend no more than 70 on ram and 150 or less on gpu. Will be playing wow probably not many fps but never know

gtx 970 is the best GPU for the money atm i would recommend the MSI, and 8Gb corsair or Gskillz 1600Mhz will be plenty of ram. Nice choice on CPU and MB by the way.

Do I need to look for a certain timing ? Or cas or voltage ? And I've seen 1866 ran same price as 1600.
