Hey forums,
As you can tell from the thread title, I am looking to buy a CPU cooler for a budget build and wanted your opinions on these coolers and which one is better for the money and if the difference in cooling is enough to justify the Thermalright one.

Anyways, I need a cooler that is shorter than 155mm for case compatibility and these two fit that which is why I am considering these over the 212 evo.

The Optima is $23 after rebate, and the True Spirit is $43. Is the cooling ability of the Optima enough for a light OC or should I go for the True Spirit for a more sure shot? Thanks.

P.S.- Feel free to recommend another cooler if there is a superior alternative.

Phil

thanks for the quick reply, but the one in the benchmarks is the Performa However, the Performa seems like a better version of the optima but still cheaper than the True Spirit. I might actually consider that one and consider it your alternative suggestion. Thanks again!
