Galaxy NVIDIA Geforce GT 740 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

OR

ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 730 2GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

the 740 is the better card if you can power and fit it which should be do able get that

Its Power supply is 400W and my PSU is about 550W.... can it handle ?.... and I'm also thinking of increasing my Hard disk ?

A PC with a GT740 needs 350W from a good quality PSU. As long as your PSU is not in tier 5 of http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886 you should be fine.

And I just encountered that on my motherboard its written PCIe 2.0 x 16 and 740's Bus Port is "PCI Express 3.0 Support "... do I need to change my Motherboard also ?

3.0 can let graphics cards go faster than 2.0

But there aren't any cards powerful enough to go faster than 2.0 yet anyway.
