Hey guys! This is my current PC build, do you guys think I should update anything or does it look good? This PC will be used for light gaming (BF3, League, Starcraft, Command and Conquer) etc, and for mainly schoolwork/office stuff.

My budget is preferably 800-850 so this goes over a bit, do you guys think I should get a different case? Will it be able to cool everything? Should I get more fans?

I was looking at the current cases, Fractal Design R4 for 80, NZXT H440 for around the same price, NZXT Phantom 410. But Im open to other choices or suggestions.

Thanks for your help guys!

Solution
GTX 960 uses about 120 watts. Recommended whole system PSU for GTX 960 is 430 watts. We got that covered and then some with Antec 520. R9-280X is a little bit faster but requires 600 watt PSU, using more power and generating more heat. It's up to you.
The corsair 200R is a good case with many cooling options. Since you've selected an Intel/Nvidia system, cooler temps will prevail as compared to AMD system. Fractal R5 case is very very good quality.

Signing off. Happy Easter!

Yes i am getting an MC Combo deal, and its not good for overclocking? I thought all Z97 Mobos were good for OC. and i dont plan on using 2 GPUs so i dont think ill need SLI

I'd upgrade the Mobo as mentioned. Low end give low overclocks. Look at my low end Z mobo. I only reach 4.4GHz on a great overclocking CPU. With a better mobo I could hit around 4.6GHz. And new CPUs can't come close to 4.6GHz unless a beast of a cooler. So, since the cpu+mobo combo exists I'd get something decent like the GA-Z97X-Gaming 7

Otherwise the build looks pretty solid. You could upgrade the SSD to a 250GB one instead. And if you just need light gaming and school work then a 4590 + H97 mobo could be a money saver. No overclocking but not necessary for you.

Thats what I was thinking, but when it comes to overclocking, wouldnt I want to be able to OC towards the future? Like once everything gets a bit slower?

Im ok with the non overclock, but the GTX970 is something I do not believe ill need. Also, the SSD to me, is an important piece due to its fast loading times.

Actually, yeah youre right. I wont be upgrading this for a few years anyways. Alright, last 2 questions, do you think I should switch out the GTX 960 for a Radeon R9 280x? and do you think I should get a case with better air flow/ silence?

Thanks guys, Ima go see what else I can tinker with this.

This is the final build with possible change to case from 200R to define R5.
