Can I run guild wars 2?

Hey guys. My computer is pretty bad, but I just wanted to see if it could run Guild wars 2 because a couple friends invited me. Here are my specs

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B940 @ 2.00 GHZ (2 CPUS), ~2.0GHZ
RAM: 4GB
HDD: 450GB
Video: Intel(R) HD Graphics (Approx. Total Memory 1696 MB )

I'm not that good with computers but i'll try to answer questions if there are any.

No I wouldn't even attempt to run that game unless you have the following, WvW and World Bosses kill updated systems because of the Poorly optimized Graphics Engine.

Phenom II X4 955, FX-4100, Athlon X4 750 or I3 4130
560 TI or better
4GB of Ram
SSD really helps the Caching this game does between zones.

This will handle the crowds a little better, recommended specs for that game will not handle the really fun aspects of the game.
