Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 motherboard. Vga and boot device led stay on. Have removed motherboard from case and disconected everything except cpu and fan. Power on get 1 long beep 2 short beeps without ram installed. Power off install 1 stick ram. Power on get 1 long beep 2 short and dram led stays on and vga and boot device leds no longer stay on. Power off reinstall vga card. Power on get 1long beep 2 short dram led stays on vga and boot device leds no longer stay on . Monitor still says no signal.

Try testing each slot with single RAM module. See if still dram led on when starting the board.
Test each RAM stick.
Is it new setup?
