Would you say 1.25 volts for i5 4690k on 4.6ghz is safe?

Solution
I would say yes, relatively safe, general consciousness is that everything up to 1,3v vcore is safe, back when i had my pentium g3258@4,7ghz I ran it at 1,401vcore for almost 8 months, with no degradation or other failures, untill I upgraded, personally i go as far as intel or amd say its ok and then a bit more(but only because i have enough cooling headroom so that i don't ever have to worry about temps) which if i recall correctly was 1.4v vcore on haswell, although over at overclock.net it is generally considered 1,45v for air/liquid coolers
