What to Upgrade First and which video card?

First Scenario:I'm about to upgrade my pc specs , right now I have 6GB ram and I plan to upgrade it to 8 GB ram before buying new video card.Should I trust my instinct that I should upgrade first my RAM before going to video card or should I just go straight to upgrading my video card?

Second question : I can't decide what to choose between these video cards "GTX 960" "R9 280" "R9 285" "R9 285" I have AMD FX-8320 E , GTX 650 (1GBVRAM) and 650W atm and planning to upgrade video card after the first scenario. Any Suggestions and Ideas would help.

Well most games do specify 8gb but the biggest improvement would be the gpu. Look at the r9 280x here's a good deal right now http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/newegg/sapphire-video-card-100363vx3l

Better change to the 8GB RAM first. If you could stretch your budget a little the R9 280X will be the best.

Actually , I live here in Philippines , can I still buy that Video card and just ship it here? would that be possible? because the prices of R9 280x here are far more expensive.

"between 10k to 16k both 280 and 280x" , so if I buy in Amazon which is the Tri-X that cost $260 and the price here in philippines is $338 both brand new.That's a 78 dollar difference. Should I go for the amazon?

Its you call. I haven't ordered from Amazon before and not too sure about any hidden costs or shipping fault. Though if i were you i may get the Amazon one as it is much cheaper but the wait may be long.
