Hello!

I built my computer about 2 months ago and it's been working fine. Got up this morning and the screen resolution was weird - the drivers are all up to date, but I can't change the screen resolution even though it was working perfectly last night.
Also I noticed there was no way to access BIOS when I turned the computer on.

I did a bit of digging and a few people suggested clearing the CMOS to get the BIOS to come back, so I tried that but now the computer's not even booting. The fans run, the LEDs all turn on, but the POST test doesn't beep and it seems to run through a check twice, with all the LEDs flashing, until the boot device LED stays permanently on. The monitor says no signal. When I cleared the CMOS I didn't remove the battery, but I'm not sure if that would help.

I also tried removing the GPU but that didn't work. IDK if my mobo's fried or what >_<

TBH I've been having trouble with the boot device LED for a while - it goes on and off occassionally. Usually it's only because the front panel USB/power connectors come loose, but as soon as I push them back in it works fine. This seems to be a bigger problem.

My system setup is:

If anyone has any suggestions for how to fix this I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

I've tried it - I put only the CPU and CPU fan in and the DRAM LED stayed on, so I put a single stick of RAM in and the boot LED came on permanently. :/
