asrock 9 wont boot

New mob asrock extreme 9 wont boot. I think problem is cpu amd 8 core fx 8320. I though my last mother board gave up . But know think its cpu. any thoughts?

It could be. Try connecting a case speaker to the motherboard and start it with only CPU and CPU fan installed. If no beeps, then you'd know that it's a CPU issue.
