I have two USB 3 SATA caddies that create drives that are incompatible with each other. If I format a drive in one of them it will prompt that the drive needs to be formatted before use in the other caddy. I use Win 7 x64. I am using Seagate 4TB drives.
What makes each USB caddy different? I didn't think the caddy controlled how the drives are formatted.
