What's the best graphics card for this computer.

Well I have an old PC that is for my little sister and she plays mine craft, roblox. But on this PC its a nightmare, it lags like crap.I want to know the best graphics card that is good for this computer i don't care how much it cost and i want to know if it is compatible with the parts it has. And also i replaced that crappy power supply with a corsair cx600m power supply. I was thinking about getting a PNY gts 450 but i just can't make up my mind because i think it might bottle neck the CPU.
Processor is an AMD phenom x4 9750 quad core 2.4ghz

That's a pretty dated machine by today's standards. But with the OEM 300W HP power supply, you can put in a GTX 750 or 750 Ti. That is the highest perfoming card I can think of for an OEM 300W PSU. What is the processor the PC has?

A few of the cards listed above will require a 6 pin PCIe power cable feeding the card, but most do not.

A GTX 750 ti is usually a good card to upgrade crappy desktops, so I would go with that.

It's a good little card that gets the job done, considering the fact that it performs pretty well on some modern demanding games like Battlefield or something, Minecraft and Roblox should be no problem, even if the CPU bottlenecks it (which it will).

The proccesor is a AMD phenom x4 9750 2.4 ghz, and i swapped the old 300watt to a new corsair cx600m (600watts) from my old gaming rig

the psu's definitely fine but yeah, the cpu will bottleneck, but you'll still get good performance from the 750 ti, especially on the games you mentioned. Even if you play some Battlefield or CoD, or maybe LoL or Dota, then that should be fine too

Oh, didn't know that about the new PSU. But the old 1st gen Phenom is going to be the bottleneck. The GTX 750 Ti is still the best choice if you don't want to waste money of gfx ard performance you can't use.
