Computer working monitor says no signal

I JUST got my pc built specs:
I5 4690k
Asus maximus vii hero
Gtx 980 g1 gaming
H110 cooler
500gb ssd
1tb hdd
850 psu

Monitor says no signal, the pc has a vga cable and on that it doesnt work, i got a vga to dvi plug to test and still no signal

If this monitor working on other PC, or on you iGPU.
First check if your GPU have plugged Power cable.
Second Remove GPU, check if any dust or something is in PCI express socket (clean) and once again insert to socket and try boot system.
If this not help time for RMA.

I tried the computer before on another monitor had no issues. Maybe the vga converter is bad because it doesnt even see something is plugged in?

Unplug GPU and connected monitor to your mobo use VGA port, and boot on iGPU if still have issue monitor go to RMA

But if it works, simple you need new vga converter.
