CPU / GPU Running really hot

When I'm using this PC I've noticed even on no load at the the CPU runs at about 42 - 62 Celsius. When I run Far Cry 4 it gradually beings to go up and starts to reach the 80s before the game play even starts and once it does its in the mid 90s. And I think once it hits 100C the PC restarts (which has happened once but I try not to let it get there). While the game is running the CPU load is about 35%. I've noticed the GPU without any load runs at about 45 STABLE. When FAR CRY 4 is running the highest I've seen it go was about 75C. I'm not sure if I should be worried about that or not. The motherboard stays at 35 - 40 C all the time.

What should I do? I know this case absouletely SUCKS. Will getting a new case with more FANS help? Any websites that have cases in which all my parts will fix? Could there be a problem with the CPU? What should I do? I want to play my games without having to worry about CPU getting heated up. I don't overclock or anything. I also have my fan set to TURBO from the BIOS, thought that might help but it didn't. It just gets loud randomly for no reason. Thanks in advance for any help !

well for starters far cry uses 1-2 cores i believe and it uses them heavily with something else running on your cpu it can spread the weight to all the cores but not far cry. but to fix this problem i think your thermal paste is crap same with the cooler.

I don't have any CPU cooler besides the stock cooler. When I open the case there is a CPU can (stock) the GPU fans (stoack) and the Power Supply Fan (stock). What my question was which case should I get that has more fans and my stuff will fit in it? How many fans which brand etc.. I'm guessing I need a good cooling system.

I only have stock fans? Should I change my case with a better cooling system? And what is thermal paste ?
