Need something to replace my 5 year old Acer Aspire laptop.
I just use my laptop for browsing the web and watching videos.
M-ITX really appeals to me and the coolermaster 110 looks great. I've read good things about the 5350. Cheap & efficient.
Can any one spot anything missing or any poor hardware? I checked each piece and they all seem well reviewed. And the mobo supports sound so I won't be a sound card. And I'll be using a LAN cable for internet connectivity.

That seems pretty good for the price to me OP! The only thing I would change is the power supply as the Corsair CX series of power supplies use poor capacitors. Go with an XFX 450W or Seasonic 620W power supply.
