I used to get 120 - 150Fps Playing Resonant Rise 3 Mainline Pack now Im lucky if i get 30.
I have tried reinstalling windows, defragging, and updating drivers. I have even tried different packs. Even 1.6.4 packs are still laggy. Please help.
*Edit* I am using core temp and have just realised most of the time my cpu runs at 1.5Ghz, any idea how to fix this. Does not change when i launch MC

Monitor - 1440x900
Ram - 8Gb DDr3 1600 Mhz (1 stick)
GPU - Powercolor AMD Radeon HD 7770 Ghz Edition
CPU - AMD FX 6300 Black Edition (Clock Speed) (Stock Fan)
PSU - 650watts
