You will have to change the power supply. you need a power supply of at least 400-450 watts and preferably a quality one. Everything else supports the gpu already. will be a pretty good rig with that i7

Do you have any idea as to where I could find new power supplies? Websites, stores, etc?

It looks like you can upgrade it. As long as it doesn't have an obnoxious cooler which isn't necessary for the 960. It should fit right into the same slot that your current gt620 is in. Also you would need to upgrade your power supply with something that has at least a 6pin PCI power cable. You wouldn't need anything crazy 450-500 watts and you can get that for 40 bucks even 80 certified.
Newegg would be your one stop shop

Sorry if this is late, but do you have any recommendations as to what brand would be best for the computer?

Although there is numbers involved this question will usually bring out the fanboy in everyone . Personally I like gigabytes windforce card Which is clocked pretty high and look cool but a lot of people go with EVGA because of their solid cards, 1st class customer service and 3 year warranty. I've never had a lot of eexperience with the other OEMs . For a low end card your best bet might be EVGA in case you run into any issues they can help you out .

I usually use evga for power supplies and zotac for graphics cards, evga is usually the cheapest of flower power rebranded power suplies and all of zotac's cards run quietly and without heat problems, evga is an excellent graphics card company but they tend to be at a premium over zotac's
