I have been unable to get my ASRock X99X to pass the POST no matter what I do.
With any DIMMS installed the Dr. Debug shows 60 and 19 error codes.
I saw on another website that someone else had the same problem and posted at tomshardware.co.uk forums, but answer 2330210 doesn't exist on here anymore for some reason.
The CPU is a 5930K and the RAM is G Skill F4-2666C15Q-16GRR, both are on the compatible list.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I'm Davis from ASRock HQ TSD.

According to the information you posted, you cannot boot up with 5930K and G-Skill F4-2666C15Q-16GRR, debug code shows 60(b0?) and 19.
We provide few ways for you to verify.
1.Please refer below link to clear CMOS. http:// (see P.20 in user manual)
2.Please only install necessary devices(CPU, fan, one memory, power, VGA caard) for narrowing problem.
3.Please install one memory to every DIMM for verify.
4.Due to memory is controlled by CPU, please check whether the pins bent in CPU socket.
5.If you have another suitable CPU and memory, please change them for verify.
6.You can also install the memory and CPU to another suitable platform for double checking.

Thanks a lot !!
ASRock TSD

Was a solution that works ever found for this issue? I'm doing a new build with the same MB, but using a i7-5820K and G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) and I am seeing the same debug codes. I've tried the solution that ASRock has suggested (multiple times), but I am getting nowhere.

Thanks

I wanted to reply back to this thread in case anyone else has this issue and stumbles upon the thread. This is what I ended having to do.

First, I noticed that my bios were pretty old, P1.90. I went and got a cheap ($25) 4GB 2133MHz RAM stick, and plugged it into memory slot B1 (A1 did not work for me). I was then able to get into the UEFI configuration. From there, I used the Internet Flash under TOOL-->Internet Flash to download the newest bios update to a USB thumb drive I plugged into the MB directly. I ended up having to choose the Europe download site because the USA site kept failing the download. I eventually updated the bios to version 3.00 and it now sees my faster memory and all is good again.

Hope that helps someone. :)

Thank you so much! I've had this mobo for a while and was never able to update the firmware until this post! Thank you so much! It's too bad the US servers are busted. Now I don't have to range quit.
