Realtek Audio Manager Automatically Increases Mic Volume

So very simply, when I start CSGO on steam my mic increases from the standard level (1) on my audio manager, all the way up to 30. This makes my mic very loud and I have to exit counterstrike and manually decrease it back to normal. I can not figure out how to stop it from auto adjusting my mic. It only happens to me on CSGO and I'm using Turtle Beach x12's if that makes a difference. If you have any idea on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.
