I have a Toshiba Satellite L505D AMD Athlon II Dual-Core M300 2.00GHz w/3 gb RAM running Windows 7 32-bit w/Service pack 1. I have tried two different Logitech wireless mouses (mice?).

It appears the mouse and keyboard freeze. The computer becomes unresponsive and control/alt/del will not even work. I have to do a hard shut down each time. It's done it a dozen times today alone.

I have ran Malwarebytes, installed/ran/uninstalled several different big name free versions of antivirus and installed all available Windows updates.

I noticed yesterday I also have a Code 10 on the Teredo Tunneling Adapter #3 in my device manager.

Any help would be so appreciated. And I really know nothing about computers, so I don't understand all lot of what I've read!

Thanks!

It's most likely NOT the mouse and keyboard, it's much more likely to be the system itself. It's always the case that when the system freezes or locks up that the mouse and keyboard don't work. Or sometimes the mouse may even move around the screen, but can't click or affect anything. This could possibly be a driver issue and I doubt the Terredo tunneling adapter is the problem since we've seen that issue on a lot of windows 7 systems that didn't have any other issues, but it's always possible.

Here's some other options though, to help you try and resolve the issue though system settings.
