Is Nvidia Geforce GT 740 Graphics card is fully compatible with Intel DH61WW motherboard?

Yes it is. It will work but you wont get the most out of it because the card is pcie 3.0 and the board only has pcie 2.0 but considering that the card isn't as powerful as other cards i doubt it will make much of a difference. I'm sure someone else who knows the numbers better regarding lanes and speed could tell you exactly what your missing out on but like i said it should work perfectly fine.
