What should I upgrade, and bottlenecking?

I personally know plenty about computers, and my own computer.. But most of my experience is on the software side, rather than the hardware side of computers.

I want some personal opinions from anyone who might know a thing or two about computer hardware. (Obviously why I came to TomsHardware)

So first things first, this is my PC build on PC Part Picker: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/pkdrew/saved/nY7p99

Can anyone tell me if anything is bottlenecking my PC builds performance? As far as I can see, I don't think anything is bottlenecking. But then again, I'm a software and programming geek rather than hardware.

Also, I'm a Twitch streamer/YouTuber, and my game drop FPS like a hot potato as soon as I start streaming. What should I upgrade in order to make this stop? I usually always have to have multiple tabs open in Chrome, the game itself, and I also have to have the streaming software (OBS) running in the background at the same time. So would this be more of a CPU-based problem? Or is there something that I'm missing here?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all.

Solution
I would go with an Intel i3 or Intel i5 instead of the APU. The APU is a waste as you'd be using the 270X instead of integrated GPU.

EDIT: For streaming and gaming at the same time an Intel i5 is recommended.

Yeah haha, I realized this about half a year ago, but I didn't have any problems with using the APU until I started streaming really. So now I guess I'm suffering the consequences..
