I just built a new PC and it was working perfectly fine yesterday.

I wanted to add a fan and do cable management, so I opened it up again, added a fan, moved just a couple of cables. Turned it back on now it makes a constant clicking noise.

It sounds like "ticktick tickticktick tick tick ticktick tickticktick".
The time between ticks can be fast or slow but is pretty fast.

I used my fan controller to turn off every fan, and it still makes the sound.

I checked the GPU fans and nothing is touching them.

The hard disk is a brand new SSD so i don't think it's that.

The CPU is water cooled by Kraken x61

Just using my ears to locate it very hard and I cant figure out where it's coming from at all.

It:s not a really loud sound, but it's extremely annoying.

Does anyone know what it could be?

Solution
pump in the water cooler. If it starts from the time you turn it on, like doing in the bios and everything, then you should be able to disconnect the pump from the cpu for a few seconds to see if it's that. it shouldn't blow up or anything and if gets too hot, it will shut itself down, but you should be able to disconnect the pump for 10 seconds with no effect.

Thank you Getochkn. I will be sure to try that.

I also stopped the fans for the radiator too, and the sound didn't change at all. I moved around some wires as well, which changed nothing.

Trying to listen carefully to the sound, it does sound like it's coming from the pump.

I also heard some tiny crackling sound, which made me think it was a leak or something, but there is nothing.

I will try to disconnect the pump the next time I open my case, but I feel that must be source since there is nothing else which could be clicking in the case.

I also checked the GPU fans and nothing is even close to touching them.
