Having some stability issues with an EVGA GeForce 750Ti FTW to overclock

Hello guys , I had my card for about 3 months now and I really want to overclock it but always even when I slightly adjust the sliders on MSI Afterburner and go into a game Nvidia Drivers crash and the screen flickers and then comes back to normal but the setting are not kept. Here's a screenshot of the Afterburner as it is right now.

I also gotta mention that my PSU is around 700W so i don't think that this is the problem.

Any help is appreciated :D

Woah . Thanks for your immediate answer :D I tried your exact setting and i got some pretty solid stats on Valley Benchmark at 1080p/High That's all i have tried :D maybe i will game a bit later and give some further insight . Thanks again mate, cheers
