internet explorer hangs when i click on some links on some websites why ?

Internet explorer what version if it is 8 and your running xp stop using it keep using firefox as internet explorer 8 is not supported anymore by many websites.

im using windows 8.1 with latest internet explorer version
I run internet explorer with addons disabled and it works without any proplem
but how can I khnow which addon to disable

go to control panel-> internet options->advanced->reset internet explorer settings
give that a try should fix the problem.
