So I've done some research on how to figure out the wattage, and with capacitor aging set to 50%, the result I got was just under 600 Watts. I also heard you should leave some room for upgrades, so I settled on the EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply. Would this be a good choice. I'm also a first time builder.

Whoa. 62 Amps on a 12 Volt rail? Won't that fry my motherboard or something?

Let me ask you some questions, Sir. Then I can give you some inputs on your build and especially your PSU.

1) What is this build for? Gaming only or editing, rendering and so on, as well?

2) Is your max budget around 1400 dollars on this new build?

Regarding the PSU as it stands: no, it is not high enough quality for a build of this caliber. There may not even be tier 1 capacitors present in that PSU and overall it is sub-par quality considering the overall price of your build. The best series from EVGA are G2, P2 and T2, some of the finest you'll ever see. The B2 is just slightly below, but still better than your initial choice.
