Weird resolution problem?

Hi, I have a problem with my resolution. I have recently installed a new AMD gpu and MSI motherboard. I installed all drivers properly. I used maximum overscan but still I have little black bars along the top and right side of my screen. (about 5 millimeters wide) I dont have this on the left side and bottom.

Maybe someone knows a solution?

GPU: r7 260x 2gb
Board: H61M-P31/W8
Display: Benq G2420HD

You can change the resolution in Windows by searching "Resolution" or you can change it in AMD's Catalyst Control Center. :)

You see, thats the problem. My resolution is already 1080p. I overscaled to the maximum in catalyst but I still have 2 tiny black bars along 2 sides. Not all 4 sides of the screen
