Does gtx 960/750Ti work on Asus P5GC-MX/1333 motherboard ?

My specs are:
Core 2 duo e4400
2gb ram (wil be adding another 2)
500watts psu(will be getting a new one soon)

I'm going to be playing games like dota 2, csgo, planetside 2, tf2, LoL, infinite crisis and some casual games.

will GTX 960/750ti work support on this motherboard

Your MB has the 945GC chipset, which comes with pcie1.1X16 slot. http://ark.intel.com/products/34505/Intel-82945GC-Graphics-and-Memory-Controller

In theory the pcie3.0X16 will be backward compatible other pcie x16 version, but you are better to upgrade the BIOS, http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5GCMX1333/HelpDesk_Download/ and also make sure you have the PSU that can power either gtx960 or 750ti. The PSU will require 400W with 20A on the +12V rail.
