I just updated my processor and RAM .
Processor is AMD FX 4300 - working fine.
But I cant find at which speed the RAM is running ...
Different applications shows different speeds , MHz , I don't know which is the real speed .
Motherboard is ASRock N68C-GS FX , it supports up to 1600MHz
RAM : 4GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 1866 Mhz...
I have uploaded some screenshots , please find it.

Windows Task Manger shows 200MHz!!!!
CPU-Z shows 803 MHz

In bios I have already selected "800MHZ DDR3_1600 Mhz" option.

Bios shows following option in Memory Clock section....

Auto
400MHz DDR3_800
5330MHz DDR3_1066
667MHz DDR3_1333
800MHz DDR3_1600
933MHz DDR3_1866

it seems to me that there is some kind of conflict becouse your MB suports only to 1600mhz and your sticks are 1866
GO to bios and manualy set the speed to 1600 ... 266 mhz dont really make any diffrence and there wont be any conflict

In my Windows experience index , Processor and RAM shows 7.3 rating....
And I am not feeling any lag , coz I was using DDR2 , 400Mhz till morning....

It appears that you have a single stick of ram.
That means that it will run in single channel mode.
The ram itself is 800, and can operate at 1600 only if you have two sticks, each mounted in a different channel.

You might be advised to buy a second stick since amd cpus are more dependent on fast ram.
