So I had this computer littler over a year now. Everything would work beautiful had no problems until now. I did not open or touch of the components before this issue and or install anything. I have tried to re-install my windows and yet that didn't help, Just made it less frequent. I have recently just found out that its not my graphics card and nor my ram, But I still dont know whats the issue. I have tried different software on my computer but yet it freezes during the processes. If you have any suggesting im all up for it. Oh and when I restart the computer it sometimes flashes white one or to times on both of my monitors. ( I have to 2 ) It just does it 2 time or so and then put me into my login thing. I have even tried to wipe my whole computer and put a different OS on it and even clean out the computer multiple times and still nothing works

Computer Specs:

CPU: Amd fx 8350 (Black)
GPU: phy gtx 770 OC 4bg
PSU Corsair CX 750M
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P AMD 970 Chipset AM3+ Socket ATX
Ram: Corsair Vengence 2x4
HDD: Toshiba 1tb
OS: Windows 8.1

assuming you tested it out right, and taking you at your word it's not the gpu or ram...

sounds like the cpu is undervolted. Typically hard freezes are due to an undervolted cpu. go into the bios and try bumping the vcore a little bit. see if that takes care of the issue.

EDIT: i should correct my post. it's not necessarily undervolted. hard freezes happen when the cpu doesn't receive enough power or DIRTY power. It could be a loose wire in your system, a loose screw touching the back of your motherboard, some dirt on the motherboard or gpu, a dying psu, a dying motherboard... plenty of things could cause this. though my first try before ripping your system appart to find the power issue is to bump the vcore a little bit.

I have tried to up my vcore and still the issue happens. This issue did happened before in a older date but it was like I just keep trying to play untill it finally work. In this issue was the same one as before but more harsh. Maybe perhaps It is a powersupply cable that is wrong but its weird how a computer had the issue before then fixed then later months had the same issue but more harsher.

I have tried that 5 times even when I tried the vcore Idea and still the issue happens.

well that motherboard is boarderline for your cpu.

Try this. lets eliminate all possibilities. So lets start with temperature.

Pop the side of the case off, and stick a room fan in the opening going full blast, see if the issue goes away, if it does then something is overheating.

Is it really? Because people told me in the past that that is a good motherboard for the price and is good for my cpu. But I don't know, I'm not the master of computers. xD I dont believe its anything related to temperature because I have tried to see if it hots 2 times already and its been cool. It has gotten hot of the motherboard heat-sinks and like come black things on my graphics card but like the its a hotness that when I touch it for like 10 seconds then its to hot to keep my finger on it. But it only gets hot during the freezes not before.

i'm not talking about the on board temp monitors, those are flaky... and you rarely can tell by touch. try what i suggest. it's the easiest way to find out if something is overheating or not.

if the problem goes away you were overheating, and we'll have to figure out a perminent fix that will work with your hardware that doesn't include sticking a giant fan in the side of your case.

likely a couple of small case fans placed in certain places inside your case. it's quite simple to fix overheating, you just need to know IF you're overheating first. so test it out and let me know if this solves anything or not. if it doesn't then we'll move on to other possibilities.
