I recently purchased a corsair RM 650 and can't get the 24 Pin connecter to click into the board. I looked on the internet and this seems to be a known issue with the corsair RM series.,

Anyhow I am in the process of returning in.

Can someone recommend a power supply? I prefer fully modular. Long enough cables so I don't have to stretch. I also need to make sure it has the 8 pin power connecter in addition to the 24 pin power connecter.

I want something that's going to last so I am willing to spend a little more on this. Hopefully no more than 150.

Please send links to any recommendations

Thanks

Thanks everyone for the replies. I am leaning towards the XFX XTR 650W 80+ Gold. However I can't find any conformation if it comes with the 8 pin cpu connecter. My Asus motherboard requires the 24 pin connecter and the 8 pin connecter. I believe this may be called EPS.
