Okay i have a 5ms monitor right now and i just bought a 2ms monitor for a second monitor will i be able to notice a difference if i try to play games using both at the same time

Solution
possibly, it really depends from person to person. Rule of thumb also is that you should always buy the same monitor for a dual/triple monitor setup so your setup doesn't look awkward af. For example: 1080p on a 24" monitor vs 1080p on a 26" monitor = pixels being stretched out on the 26". Therefore, it's always a good idea to get the same make/model of your first monitor as a second monitor

If both specs are what the manufacturer "says" they are and not what they really are, the information contained in advertising is useless. One common trick is not listing whether its a black / white response versus a Gray / Gray response. Look at TFT cenntral for images on what real response time does and what advertised versus real is. F or example in the below reviews 8ms becomes 12-15 and sometimes 20

http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u3415w.htm

First we tested the screen with the Response Time option set to 'Normal' which according to Dell should have an 8ms G2G response time. Response times varied somewhat, with some transitions being quite a bit slower at around 12 - 15ms, and some even reaching as high as 20ms.

If you can, the military will be looking for you! Seriously, while it probably more depends on the variability between monitors, I would think definitely no. Those are of course good response times, and I'd be shocked if anyone could see that difference.
