So I have a PowerA FUS1ON Tournament Controller for PS3 (Wired) and I am trying to get it to work for Steam games and I am having some trouble. None of the emulators I have gotten have seemed to pick up the connection of my controller. I just need some help so I can play games like Super Meat Boy and Binding of Isaac with this controller.

You could try using xpadder maybe. Have you tried manually setting the controls in game?
