My computer wont start. It starts to go, and then turns off again, in a loop.

When i try to turn it on, i can hear all the fans starting to go, but then it dies down again. My monitor briefly starts up, and i can just see the Bios starting up with just a single line in the top left corner. Then it just turns off, and starts up again, but this time the Bios doesn't even start.

I have an MSI H61m-p31 motherboard
XFS double dissapation core radeon 7770
seagate 500gb hard drive
Intel quad core i5 processor

It still restarts- I get 3 beeps from the beeper (Forgot what its called sorry) attached to the MB

Ok thanks will do. Any recommendations on thermal paste?

Hi, i replaed the thermal paste, but i am still getting the same problem when i turn the computer on! Any further advice?
