i need help, computer wont shut down, found this after running powercfg.exe /energy,

Hi guys, yesterday i left my comp for a few minutes and after i came back the comp was in sleep mode but it didn't start up again, i had to hard start it again, later when i tried to shut it down it just wont, monitor goes off but fans keep running,
i started looking for the cause and after running powercfg.exe /energy, found this:
