I am currently going to upgrade to an I5 4690k. I am looking for a good budget M97 Mobo with an LGA 1150 socket that can support DDR3 1600 RAM that is between 100-125 dollars. Any decent ones out there?

Went over all of the links you posted and the MSI Z97 Gaming Mobo was rated better and would match my PC! I will go with that one. Thanks for the help!

Always the red and black theme, haha. I hope more themes emerge eventually. I'm gonna be different and base my next PC around black and white.

I'll be using this motherboard:

This CPU cooler:

This RAM:

And a custom mod on this graphics card, painting the red bits white:

Nice! I would recommend getting a GTX 970 or getting a GPU with more than 2 GB of VRAM because it could hold you back in the future. Otherwise, it looks nice!

Yeah, well I only game at 1080p and it would be overkill to have a GTX 970 for what I do. I'll probably get the 4GB GTX 960 anyway for even more uniqueness. I'm just planning out money to do this, got £100 saved up so far, and I'll be spending half of that on a 1TB SSHD for it tomorrow...going full hipster.
