CPU : I5-2400 Hello , in the last few months i have exp. stuttering in games like ac unity cs go league of legends and other games , and i think the problem is from my cpu , cause i had changed 2 video cards and it is the same again , today i opened my PC and saw that my cpu doesnt have any thermal paste , and other thing is that i see tempreture is 50 degress in idle mode , in gaming it is around 70 , and my max temp for my cpu is 72 , and i dont think this i normal , oh and my cpu usage is high too .
