Yes you do need another GPU, like Unolocogringo said, the quality of that PSU is very bad, plus only the CPU and the GPU will need more then 300w to run, so you cant run that systems on a 300w PSU, even a very good one.

I would go with a different model

SeaSonic SS-650KM (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ss650km) http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story5&reid=169

SeaSonic SSR-650RM (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ssr650rm) http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=348

SeaSonic S12G-750 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12g750) http://www.kitguru.net/components/power-supplies/zardon/seasonic-s12g-750-power-supply-review/7/ ; http://www.pcper.com/reviews/Cases-and-Cooling/Seasonic-S12G-Series-750W-Power-Supply-Review/Final-Thoughts-and-Conclusio

or any of this: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/power-supply/#m=71,39&sort=a9&page=1&X=7978,12843&e=4&W=600,800

The XFX power supplies we linked to are made by SEASONIC. The insides are the same, just the casing is different.

When graphics card manufacturers recommend a 600 watt power supply they take into consideration that a lot of cheap power supplies are heavy loaded on the 3.3 and 5v lines. Such as the Raidmax line. Their 750 watt power supply has 300 watts on the 3.3 and 5v rail which only leaves a max of 450 watts on the 12v line.
The 12v line is what is used most in all newer computers.
The seasonic line has almost all of its power available on the 12v line.
My 600watter has 596watts available on the 12v line. So even though it is rated at 600watts is has more available power the Raidmax 750 watt unit.
The 280x is a rebadged 7970. It will draw 250watts max
Your cpu is 125watts max
Motherboard 60 watts
memory 10 watts
cd/dvd 20 watts each
fans .5 to 3.5 watts each ???
A QUALITY 550 to 600 watt power supply is all you need.

same specs and product code, different model casing number.
as in ones that that fits for specific tower types and sizes.
