Will I need more Power Supply for this

Raidmax - 350W

PC
Motherboard: MSI 760GM P34-FX
CPU: AMD FX 8320
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 250
RAM: Team Group Inc 8GB x2 16GB Ram

Got graphics Card to use: R9 280x

I did the Power Supply Calculations on MSI and it goes up to 500.

So I will indeed need a better power supply for the R9 280x? im looking at this

Raidmax are some of the worst power supplies made.
Tier 5 on this list.

I would not even install the video card with either of those power supplies installed. They are a time bomb that will kill other components when it dies.

For a few dollars more this is a tier 2 high quality unit.

Yes the Antec Earthwatts series are very good power supplies. Tier 2 on the link I posted.

Yes you do need another GPU, like Unolocogringo said, the quality of that PSU is very bad, plus only the CPU and the GPU will need more then 300w to run, so you cant run that systems on a 300w PSU, even a very good one.

When graphics card manufacturers recommend a 600 watt power supply they take into consideration that a lot of cheap power supplies are heavy loaded on the 3.3 and 5v lines. Such as the Raidmax line. Their 750 watt power supply has 300 watts on the 3.3 and 5v rail which only leaves a max of 450 watts on the 12v line.
The 12v line is what is used most in all newer computers.
The seasonic line has almost all of its power available on the 12v line.
My 600watter has 596watts available on the 12v line. So even though it is rated at 600watts is has more available power the Raidmax 750 watt unit.
The 280x is a rebadged 7970. It will draw 250watts max
Your cpu is 125watts max
Motherboard 60 watts
memory 10 watts
cd/dvd 20 watts each
fans .5 to 3.5 watts each ???
A QUALITY 550 to 600 watt power supply is all you need.
