My water cooler might be broken or maybe something else

Powered up my computer this afternoon, it got to the desktop then it suddenly just turned off by itself without any warnings or even a blue screen. Already tried replacing the power supply, turning off my overclock, disconnecting all my storage and booting windows installation disc (still turns off by itself), removing my graphics card and one thing that I haven't tried is replacing my cooler. I want to replace it right now, but I'm afraid I don't have thermal paste and Micro Center from here is pretty far that their probably close when I get there.

So is there anything else I could try right now ?

Is it possible that the problem is my CPU or my motherboard ?

and was it possible (if the water cooler is the problem) that my CPU got burned from me powering up again and again ?

Please, if I miss any details for you to answer the questions tell me.

Specs

PSU: Corsair CX600M

Solution
Check the power cable for your PSU that goes into the wall, if possible find another one, typically you'll get 2 right out of the box of the PSU. I agree with you though, the cooler might not be tight enough which could also cause what you described.
