I bought a new mobo and now two of my games drop and lock frames to a certain number for each. I reinstalled windows 2 times and did everything you can thing of. Titanfall only does it on a few maps, not ALL of them. Then, this game called dirty bomb ran perfect before I got the new mobo. I don't get it, I know I'm not throttling.

Did you by any chance update your drivers for your gpu, as i was playing on a server not too long ago and people were complaining about the latest nvidia drivers as they said it made games glitchy (yes I know that all cards have different drivers, just asking as it may be the case with that particular card driver)

Ok I had already tried rolling my drivers back to the last stable version I had before you mentioned it and that didn't work, but I thought, "it's worth a shot to download an EARLIER version of geforce experience and an earlier driver again". Well, Titan fall does the frame drop thing.... but NOW I noticed that it's only for about the first 30 seconds on certain levels. Then it goes to a smooth 60fps. It SEEMS like throttling, but it's not because it's ONLY certain levels and it's only the first 30 seconds of the match.
